Please allow at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations, changes to the appointment or rescheduling of appointments. A cancellation fee of half the scheduled appointment will be charged if you cancel within the 48 hour window or no show.  This fee will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment.

 

In order to receive the best possible service, please arrive 15 minutes early. For arrivals 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment may result in an automatic cancellation of the service as well as being charged for 100% of the service booked.

New guests will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the services booked.  This fee is non refundable. However, this fee will be applied toward you final payment.  In the event your appointment is cancelled or no showed this deposit is forfeited.

 

Arrive to your appointment with CLEAN and DRY hair. Dirty hair can negatively affect the outcome of your color, and can give unpredictable results. This includes heavily sweated hair and dry shampoo build up. It will be up to my discretion to determine if your hair is clean enough to perform the color service. Please be advised, this may result in an additional service, additional cost, or postponement of services.

 

 I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.  

Jessica Kingsbury, stylist has the right to refuse service to any guest at any given time.
